Sitting up

Rory is now a pro at sitting up, but only a few weeks ago he was still a little shaky.

Here is one of the first pictures we got of him actually mastering the skill.

Rory will have another cousin around December 5th. His Aunt Julie and Uncle Gary are expecting! We are all excited for the new edition, er, addition :)

Long Time, No Post

Sorry we have been slacking on the posts lately. Rory went on the airplane to Iowa in early May and then went back to Hilton Head for Memorial Day. He's a people person, in general, but he really loves other kids. Whenever he is around other kids, he laughs and giggles nonstop. Here are some pictures from his adventures.

What Happened?

Rory has grown a lot over the past 6+ months. What happened to that little 4 lbs 8 oz, 17 in baby? He is now 16 lbs and 26.75 in!

Spring Break 2009

We took a short trip to Hilton Head for Spring Break. Rory enjoyed spending time with Grandma, Papa, Great Aunt Jo-Anne, Michael, and the Birnbaums. He really liked his picnic lunches on the beach. Rory can't wait to go back and swim in the ocean and the pool. What he didn't like so much was shopping at the outlet malls. But, that could have been due to his being under the weather.

3 times and growing!

Rory went to the doctor last week and is now 14 lbs 4 oz! For those of you keeping count, he has more than tripled his birthweight.

Truck Day and St. Patrick's Day

On March 21st we held our annual St. Patrick's Day party. Rory got to spend time with his cousins and lots of other friends.
During the day of March 21st, Decatur hosted their Touch a Truck Day. Zach and Ian had fun and Rory just took in the sounds and scenery.
