Boys (and Mommy) of Summer- Part I

We took a trip to Hilton Head this past weekend as a last hurrah before school started. Rory moved up to the next class and Daddy's school has a new location. Here's the first of a bunch of pictures.

Enjoy this video of Rory crawling on Sunday. He started moving forward last week.

Big Boy- not the restaurant!

Rory had his 9 month doctor visit today. As usual, he was a champ and barely whimpered when he received his vaccination. And, he didn't even react to the blood taken from his toe to check for anemia.
Anyway, he is now a strapping 20 lbs 6 oz and measures 28.25 in. That means he is around the 50th percentile in both weight and height. Hard to believe he was ever below the percentile lines on the CDC charts!

Two of Rory's cousins had birthdays in June. Since both parties were the same weekend, Rory and Mommy went to Nashville while Daddy stayed in Atlanta. Here are a few pictures from both parties.
